It all started with MySpace. As a girl who loves customized everything, I wanted the coolest profile layout, custom music settings, and cool pictures. I couldn’t find anything available that I liked online, so decided to teach myself how to make my own. From custom html layouts to photoshopped profile pictures with blue hair and purple eyes - this is where it all started.

Vocational School. In my sophomore year of high school, we took the infamous career aptitude test. My top results included fashion designer and advertising marketing, not a surprise to anyone. Junior year, our school offered a vocational program at a nearby high school for digital design where I learned adobe programs, this time in a professional setting.

Southern New Hampshire University. With the recommendation from my vocational design teacher, I started my education at Southern New Hampshire University. There I double-majored in Graphic Design and Marketing including a semester abroad in Florence, Italy. The classes that prepared me the most for my career were entrepreneurial marketing, and brand design.

NBA Boston Celtics. I won a contest for the 2016 Asian American T-shirt design, which was provided to all in attendance at the game (do you know how freaking big the TD Garden is ?!)

My first full time job! I was so excited to start working after college that my first day was the Monday after graduation. An unbelievable opportunity for the start of a career - I was responsible for creating and maintaining the company brand identity for print, packaging, and social media. Since it was a small company, I was also the primary photographer as well as a major voice in the marketing decisions.
